Meet The Maker

Everytime I reflect on creation, my body can feel the fire of drive, fulfillment, and confidence. Human and creation are so indistinguishable intertwined, I remember it as an instinct that has fueled my entire life. I've always loved making uncommon partnerships out of materials to achieve my creative divinations; one medium never seemed to do the trick.

                                                                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                As a kid, my Nana worked with me on the sewing machine everytime she would visit from the East Coast, teaching me all the basics of threading the bobbin and making the machine go. I have loved to express myself through a lot of different art forms, but the art of sewing has really stuck with me all these years.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

                                                                                                                                  As many seamstresses can say, I have grown quite the collection of beautiful and unique fabrics that have resonated closely with my heart and my creative dreams. And so I begin, creating with needle and thread, piecing together my visions over and over again each day. I am so filled with ideas of the evolution and prosperity of MadCat Creations.
