Return and Repair Policy

Thank you for your support. Each purchase truly means the world to me.

If there is ever an issue with anything I have created, please reach out to me directly through email or social media.

~Fabric as a medium and sewing as a craft are naturally imperfect~

I always try my best to embrace the imperfection of my art. I strive for beautiful and strong stitching that will hold up to all of life's adventures. I pay attention to every stitch and work hard to ensure quality control on every product before it is sent out.

Defects:

I will always correct any defect that affects the quality and functionality of a garment or hat at no cost to the customer. This includes anything that presents itself upon arrival of your purchase. If an item has been worn, a free repair is not guaranteed, but I am still happy to repair for a small cost. Shipping cost responsibility will be situational.

Alterations:

I am happy to alter your clothing to best fit your body before I ship out a product, or after you have received it and had a chance to try it on. This includes hemming or any alteration to size. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and alterations will incur extra cost, usually $15-$30 depending on the job.

Wear and Tear:

In the spirit of a practicing sustainable business model, I am always happy to make repairs to the best of my abilities from normal wear and tear for free or a small charge depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges:

If an item is unworn and unwashed, I am happy to take an exchange for store credit or an item that is currently available in the shop. Customer pays return shipping. This may not apply to custom and made-to-order clothing.

Shipping:

Most of my packages come with shipping insurance. If something has been lost in the mail, please reach out to me and we can figure it out together. If a package is returned back to me because of a shipping error on the customer's behalf, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item(s).
