I always try my best to embrace the imperfection of my art. I strive for beautiful and strong stitching that will hold up to all of life's adventures. I pay attention to every stitch and work hard to ensure quality control on every product before it is sent out.
Defects:
I will always correct any defect that affects the quality and functionality of a garment at no cost to the customer. This includes anything that presents itself upon arrival of your purchase. If an item has been worn, a free repair is not guaranteed, but I am still happy to repair for a small cost. Shipping cost responsibility will be situational.
Alterations:
I am happy to alter your clothing to best fit your body before I ship out a product, or after you have received it and had a chance to try it on. This includes hemming or any alteration to size. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and alterations will incur extra cost, usually $15-$30 depending on the job.
Wear and Tear:
Wear and tear is not covered under any kind of warranty, but in the spirit of a practicing sustainable business model, I am always happy to make repairs to the best of my abilities from normal wear and tear for a small charge depending on the circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges:
All made-to-order and custom designs are FINAL SALE. Ready-to-ship items are eligible for exchange. Only items that are unworn and unwashed are eligible for exchange. If there are noticeable signs of wear, item will be returned to customer at customer's expense. An eligible item may be exchanged for store credit or an item that is currently available in the shop. Customer pays return shipping. Customer has 14 days from delivery date of package (determined by USPS tracking number) to put the the return package in the mail. Any returns made after the 14 days will not be eligible for exchange and will be mailed back at the customer's expense.
Shipping:
All packages come with $100 insurance. If your order exceeds this value, we recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover the full amount of your order. This is provided by InsureShield and can be found at the bottom of your cat and at checkout. We are NOT responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something has been lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail, please reach out to us and we are happy to assist in any way possible with this process. If a package is returned to us because of a shipping error on the customer's behalf, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item(s).
